no win buttons (nukes) in BFBC2

 

Its not essential really but it make no sense not to have them when all of your friends does...You wouldnt be able to play with them if you don't have the maps (We all know how it feels to play by yourself lol!! Losses and more losses).

 

Does anyone know a link to a FAQ about the weapons? They all look pretty much just alike to me. I was wanting to know what the difference was between them. Like stats and such.

just bought MW2 yesterday on ps3 and beat single campaign on veteran difficulty it was fun but wished it was longer ---- f@#$ shephard he deserved it lol

so back on topic. What are the advantages of the machine gun type primaries over the assault rifles? And are they really worth rolling with?

as for social Ruin....Light Machine guns are Stronger and can suppress gunfire because they are support weapons. You can take out waves of enemies very quick. The Reload,run Speed and Recoil are its only drawbacks (Unless you have sleight of Hand perks.)

Assault Rifles are more accurate, slighty weaker and cannot take out waves of enemies that are charging head on. some fire in single or triple burst.

When I played (I don't anymore, least not on my account) I mainly used an RPD light machine gun, with thermal sight and a grip. (bling)

Those combined with stopping power and steady aim perks I found are very good. only problems as SDS said are the recoil and reloads

I use two sub machine guns. Both with Silencers. might change one to pistol with a silencer if it knife faster.
I use Claymores.
Flash granades. might change to Stun if it throws faster.

Perks. Scavenger, Ninja and Cold blooded.

Another class I have is called Bomber man. Noob tube with grenade launchers.

 

I wouldn't say LMG's are necarssarily less acurate, I've just unlocked the AUG and have been getting kills at the same range as the SCAR but not the FAMAS (my first choice weapon).

Advantages of LMG's, much bigger mag and with the AUG (that has a clip) the exact same reload speed of an assault rifle. Also the dmg does not decline over range. It looks like a prIetty good option for a stealth class TBH.

I currently have a K/D ratio of 1.10 which rises with every match because I never go negative.

Some tips Social, walk never run. 90percent of my kills go like this: I'm walking, the other guy is running, I shoot him before he can stop running and pull out his gun. The only time I ever run is when crossing open ground or if I'm being shot at and can't see the guy shooting.

There are only 2 hit boxes, the body and the head. Every thing on the body does same amount of dmg be it an arm or the chest. Headshots do more so headshots FTW. Or aim at upper chest/neck and hope recoil pushes it up for a headshot. I never think about this cause FAMAS kills in 2 bursts with stopping power regardless.

Use yomi. What is a sneaky hiding place or a good object to use as cover? Check every corner with your eyes but not your aimer. If you wildly spin around like a PC shooter your gunna get smoked, keep the crosshairs mostly centered moving them only slightly so that if the guy DOES come around that corner you are slightly closer to his head.

To an extent you could learn where all the best snipe places etc are but it's not strictly necarssary seeing as it's kinda easy to get a kill, 2/3 shots from the SCAR or one burst of the FAMAS both with stopping power on and you're golden. I'd say the best advice is walk don't run, and use cover!


BTW my K/D 2 days ago was 1.04.

Man, I'm still loving this game, but the glitches are beginning to pile up. Boosters I became ok with cause they're in every game you play, but these glitches are beginning to get annoying. You guys think IW will actually address them or do you think they'll let it slide?

Thanks for the tips bro. Man do i suck at this. When i started i was regularly sporting 1 kill for about every 6 deaths. Oh it was awful. Now i've going with hearbeat sensor which has obvious advantages, and the added adv of waiting to get my reads on it causes me to play the game at a more appropriate place, and (lol) not sprint around like a moron. I've even started posting some 1:1 k/d. But i still suck.

I've been going with Scar and Heartbeat sensor (gonna bling and add a sight), aa-12, commando pro, marathon and lightweight, and painkiller.

A lot of the times i wonder how the hell people know where i am (when they don't have sensor or thermals) its crazy.

I was wondering, how in the world do you (or people) play effectively without heartbeat sensor. I'm just lost without it. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions guys. I really really appreciate it.

 

u should try hardcore teamdeathmatch be patient pick a spot, use cover, dont go to the same area twice, hit the start button once in while to survey the area and plan ahead. dont run too much it makes alot of noise stay crouched, pay attention to player's movements habits.

 

why is it that i'm not hearing people running around? i've seen on youtube where several people say they "heard someone coming/over there". Do i need a better sound system, cause i'm not hearing anyone coming/going. And when i can hear them, i don't know where they are.

 

Maybe they have sitrep on which increases the sound of footsteps. In counter strike I could hear footsteps not really in this though.

Personally I find the heartbeat sensor too dstracting. The only class I have it on is my sniper one so I don't get snuck up on.
