That's the Yakuza costume for Lei. But yeah, nothing special about the layout apart from the ultrawide view?
Just to add, the Lei costume is definitely the Yakuza costume but upon closer look the head model has been customised (modded). Not sure who that's suppose to be, though. As for the ultrawide view, surely that's just a Graphics setting option in-game, provided your display supports that resolution.
There's no bad matchup in VF even REVO, you just haven't put in the hard work. Because in the end you're eventually have to play the person.
GO TEAM AK!!! Character 5v5 team battle please, since REVO has everyone do pretty much the same damage but different w/o the work...
Gave the kids their stories, tutorial & DLC but let the Players have VF at fullest potential. ES straight to PC no rebalance, add moves OK.

My impression is that it's not a re-balance, the neutral game overall almost a new system.. Since I only use AK. Can others plz confirm?

Actually, I think this AK will fit you b/c it's not 50/50 neutral game / adv combo. It's like 70/30 neutral game / simpler combo, play him like VF4...
