Very good point. I've been saying that same thing for years, even with other fighting games.
Most spammable moves have openings. Or leave the opponent open and vulnerable. However, it is difficult to deal with spammable moves, in online lag.
If [4][6][6][P][+][K] is being blocked by your opponent alot, I suggest that you use that move less. Otherwise you'll be too easy to defeat.
