A Local Star

A Local Star has BBS, link page, and a movie page. The clip features a team battle. It's a huge file at 45MB, and it shows a very strong Sarah player, along with some other good Vanessa players. Here's a list of the matches:

I think the second Vanessa player is Kashin. These matches are great. The last match with Kashin and the Wolf player is my favorite.

 

Very aggresive Sarah player. And I swear I heard one of the names of the Vanessa players was Kurita. ah well. Nice matches.

 

hmmmm.....good to see vanessas emerging...yes kurita was one of them and kashin (in that traditional white outfit of his) was definitely in the house with his notorius crouch dash KS.... thing i love about Vanessa is you saw three players use her and their play style, move selection is SO SO different..few other characters have that

 

I know that myke..and thats why i like using her, sure she has no floaters but she can give some good variety (even if she is a bitch to use)

 

Yea, I ran through Vanessa's command list not too long ago, and I'm amazed at the amount of stuff she has at her disposal. Even though she's got few floaters, she has plenty of crumples, which achieve the same effect. Oh, and Judgment Guilty (or whatever it is) has got to be the most kickass throw in the game.

heh, she does have one floater atleast..

uhmmm...well there are some variations to that actually but its not that easy pull of compared to the easy launches other characters have (bites lip) - but thats only the one main launch, other than that she only has ground work (which she is strong in at least)
