About Competition

I just got Evo a few days ago and I feel that I'm pretty good at it...but of course I could be better. I feel that if I continue to practice I might want to compete.

However, in my area (near Houston, Tx.) there aren't many arcades that I've seen...or VF4 Machines at that...

Thus...what stick should I buy to get the best arcade simulation for VF4? And also...how should I play?
