Anti-Dural or Mr Basic

Here is another dumb but interesting idea someone might have said but seems rarely discussed. It'd be cool if we had a character that's the opposite of dural, that is a character with only all the basic options shared by the entire cast.

In case some one has probably mentioned this, has anybody compiled a list of the basic options shared by the entire cast? Please share.
