Boondocks was good @ the start but get's repetitive & boring after a while. Family Guy is still far better & has more diverse skits.

i dunno , the later episodes with MLK and the one where grandpa opens a soulfood restauraunt were halarious. I think the show is good and well worth another season

I just enjoy shows that paint current black culture in the negative light that I believe is deserved, it's really very sad to me how things are in the ghetto but people are continually perpetuating things that only existed in a very small portion of the world and have since spread for whatever reason. Oh, and boondocks is funny.

everyone wants to mimic black culture... this show will single handedly dumb down the entire population.

you all realize the point of the show is to make fun of the things that are projected as black culture, not to encourage them??!?!?

If you get dumber from watching this show you proably werent very smart to begin with. The sarcasm and mockery are so obvious that its damned near impossible to find somone of the characters they are making fun of worth seriously immatating. Besides the dude with the one big eye. I am sure a lot of you out there wanna be just like him! bitches. ok i done

Hi Shag, what does this mean? I did a quick search on google and I just got this:

"YAAFI is just an acronym for Yet Another Avalon Framework Implementation "

You, sir, have thoroughly confused me.

Heh heh. You searched google but you didnt do a search on VFDC forums. /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Its a term of endearment I made up a few months ago. It all started here.

Special thanks to Tianyuan2k2 for the inspiration and for coining the acronym. /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Black culture is on the come-up, it wont be long before we start seeing more artists like Kanye West, Common, Talib Kwali and Mos Def as opposed to all these other artists make hip-hop and the culture look bad, like most of these South rappers. Hopefully comedians like Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock can make black people notice a lot of the things that make them look bad and at least try to not live up to these stereotypes but instead break away from these stereotypes that have been placed on all of them, even though most black people I know are upstanding citizens all the attention is hogged by these ass-clowns showing their "grillz" and talking about "ever since I can remember I been pimpin these hoes and they better put my money in my hand". Plus nobody is interested in seeing good black families like the Huxtables on the Cosby Show anymore, we'd rather see drugs/sex/violence and corruption, people wanna see spinners on a Hummer and the guy that owns it saying that he bought it with drug-money, knowing damn well he never sold drugs or even broke any major laws, ever.
It's the never ending N-word versus black people battle that Chris Rock touched on years ago.

    YOU'RE RACIST

    jk

I'm not too worried. There will always be dumb people. Colleges, Buisnesses and all other parts of america are filled with good black people making the best of their lives an din 50 years this whole hip hop culture will be ancient history. Just needs time.
