Brackets at Sega Cup

Just wondering how this is going to work?

I know VF is small in the states but, how is the bracket going to work to make sure people in the same region/state/whatever don't end up in the same brackets. Because of the size of the community, I know this'll be hard, but is there any way to help in this area?

Should we send or make a list of the people going, from different regions?
