Brad Burns' Glitchy/Silly Phantom Kicks

sooooo, i was fighting a cpu brad the other day and something strange happened... it made me giggle. tried it out in training and found it to be very easily reproduced.

now you can giggle too!

<ul type="square"> [*]go into free training and pick brad as your opponent.
[*]put the ring settings to "no walls" and the position settings to "CPU's back to edge of ring"
[*]walk into brad and push him to the very edge of the ring (its a good idea to "save current position" once you get him on the edge)
[*]now record brad doing either of these throws: Body Knee Crush +(do it while 'ing or he will ring out when you input duh /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif) or Face Fang +
[*]laff @ the silly phantom kicks! [/list]

almost as bad as pro wrestling /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

 

I found something similar to these phantom throw glitches. When I was using Goh, I did the ++ throw when the opponent was at the edge of the ring. You would think Goh would toss the opponent out of the ring, but since Goh goes behind the opponent and then tosses them, he goes out of the ring first. This way, the throw animation still goes through. It is funny because the opponent's arm gets twisted and they are thrown for no reason.

 

This has been talked about before... admittedly its still funny any move which moves the throwing character first has potential to do this... see Vanessa's throw where she snaps the guy's neck... hehe. There are many others... my favorite is the one where you see Pai back ram out of a back dash on Lei Fei's stage a guy (b, f, throw I think) and see her go flying... /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif
And no... nothing could be as bad as pro wrestling... though you gotta admit, they're in pretty good shape.

 

Lion's throw where he multi-prods you did it with me once, he ringed himself out straight away, leaving me floundering around looking like I was having a seizure.
