I have two questions reguarding this subject:

    1. To break a rising attack does it have to be over 20 damage or can it be 20 damage as well, for example Pais [2][6]+[P] is 20 damage so could that work against a rising attack which are supposed to be in general 20 damage also.

    2. I've been trying to get the timing down to break a rising attack so i tried to get the cpu in free training to do a rising attack but it just wouldnt do it. It would TR in the direction i wanted it to but it didnt perform the rising attack anybody know what i'm doing wrong?

you dont do a rising attack from a tr/qr, only when you do slow rising.
