Just wondering what program you use to cap your asf clips?..bit rate etc would be REALLY helpfull as well,thanks : )

 

Get windows Media encoder from microsoft, or if you have win me you can use windows movie maker. I capture at 784 the highest possible bit rate then I compress it down to 384 when I save the movie.

You can probably just capture at 384 from the start though to save some time
