Fighters Megamix anyone?

does anyone have any information on this game? i herd there is a virtua fighter character in it that never made it into any VF game. i think his name is Siba. does anyone have any pictures, information or screen shots on this guy?

thanks a bunch man for the pic i owe you. damn i did not know he fought with a weapon. i can see why he was taken out. but maybe he might come back in VF5 without a weapon. thanks again. <font color="red"> </font>
