I've already played GoW 1 & 2 on PS2 so I won't be buying this one... HOWEVER, the demo of GoW is something worth checking out... If you like that series of course.

Some time ago I received a code for PS Store, to download E3 2009 God of War 3 Demo. I did so, and I have finished it around 10 times so far. The demo itself isn't really THAT great, but it's just the fact that I love Kratos (as a ruthless god-killing machine) that keeps me going back to play the demo over and over.

If any of You skipped part 1 and 2 on PS2, and is curious about the demo... GET IT! You won't regret it. Those are one of the best action games I've played.

720p, 60fps, same GoW gameplay. So basically perfect. I'm about to run to the mall to snag a copy.

 

Yes, it's remastered for 720p, 60fps, THX, and DOLBY but only for the real CG parts, which means some of the videos are still 480p from the original PS2.
It's horrible to plug PS2 into the LCD, and that's why I purchase this collection because it's totally worth!!

 

The God of War III Demo, though maybe ten minutes long, is almost worth the price of the entire box set.

 

I'm downloading now, it's huge....

Yeah, can't disagree. One of the best demos I've played. It's got everything to get you interested and interest you in getting the game.

I think the box set demo is the same as E3 09. And the remastered GOW and GOW2 are very impressive!! HD makes the games reach the next level!! You can almost treat them as PS3 games.
