Good place to get avatars?

Not sure if this is the right section, but I'd like to know if there's a good website where I can get good avatars to use in forums/websites/messenger from Virtua Fighter?

For example, I'd like an avatar version of Akira's picture that is on the VF5:FS' website on the banner but I can't find a clean render of that picture without having the logos around.

Someone from the forums was making avatars out of the moves listed on virtuafighter.jp/waza/ page. I forgot who that was.

I usually check 4chan /gif/, but you need to get through tons of porn to actually find good, funny/useful gifs. Not that I mind a good porn gif xD
