How do you put your control panel(My Home) as a shortcut?

I always put my control panel forum/"my home" as a shortcut in my Favourite links.

I put:
http://virtuafighter.com/versuscity/login.php?Cat=
I also tried:
http://virtuafighter.com/versuscity/login.php?Cat=71332

but everytime I click there, I always need to hit refresh again to load the page(only after I close and reopen the browser).

Is there anyway I can put "my home" in a link?

 

You can't put My Home in a bookmark. I'm guessing that if you close the browser, the server-side session ends, and you need to login again - if the login cookie is present though, you only need to refresh the login page. Unless Myke can provide us with the direct link to My Home (assuming it's a redirect from login.php), you'll still need to refresh.
