How much HP do characters have?

Seems like a simple question but I can't, for the life of me, find it either through searching online, searching in this forum or Steam's...

I want to know how much HP characters have, so that damage from moves and combos makes more sense to me, as well.

Looking in the game, a 70 dmg combo seems like around ⅓ of the HP-bar, so characters seem to have about 210 HP... But that is with a margin of ~25% either way because I just eyeballed it.

 

220? i'm deducing it, based on settings on the create a room screen or something like that.

it's somewhere on screen ready for change, but i'm not sure where exactly.

Suffering exactly 221 damage knocks you out, but Im not sure if the hp bar is still 220.

 

so what's the difference between damage and hp bar?

 

If you dont KO to having 0 health but 1 damage over it. Ive always wondered why is it 221, such an uneven number.

 

Then it's weird. In my simple world you make the bar 220 and if combo takes 220 (or more) then it's over.
