    Thanks for doing this - do you want to put it in the jeff wiki somewhere?

    If PK leaves you at +4, and P leaves you +5, why not always go for the guaranteed dmg? The mixup is almost the same; yeah, knee will beat /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif after P, but that's not a completely stable thing to do anyway since it will get counter hit by most punches.

    Request to have it on the wiki please... I'll put it up myself if I can find the printout from way back (with permission from Sebo 1st of course ^^)... It really helped me out and I think it will attract others to step their JE game up...

    He is not banned. Old news, Sebo (CGB_Bender) decided one day or two, to delete anything that he contributed. Basically, in his own words, he was "removing [himself] from the forum (outside of NorCal)." - The End.

    Jinxhand, ask myke for a wiki login if you dont have one already, you're welcome to put stuff up on there. If you're concerned about sebo's permission . . . it's basically just a list of data. Organize it and phrase it in your own words, and you dont need his permission.

This is a joint effort for the JE experts all the way down to those "window-shopping" for a character (or fighting game) to learn/master.

    Finally, here's the info that was originally posted some time ago... Sorry for the delay, I had a gangload of papers for go through, and I finally found it. Plus I just had a baby boy, so I'm taking care of him and teaching him how to do Akira's knee [​IMG]

    Before I begin, if there is any info that is wrong or missing for whatever reason, please feel free to correct this a.s.a.p. This is a joint effort from all of VFDC to help any current and/or aspiring Jeffry players step their game up. This is a work in progress, so I will be able to get a few characters at a time (its alot to copy down). For anyone needing any clarification as to what a frame is, please refer to the links below. The second link has extra info, but will help the reader to truly understand how frames work in VF5 (and fighting games in general).

    Some of these moves can be followed up with a combo (bread-n-butter and/or character-specific). Please refer to the link below to find out which combo is best for those particular moves:

    Here's the move's available for punishing, and extra [my] info:

    [P][K]- This is for punishing 12-13 frame moves. More than likely, this will be the most used punisher in your whole game. You'll be surprised how many of these you will get out against people who just throw things out there. It does 34 damage.

    [2][P]- This is also for 12 frame punishing, but its only used if there is nothing else that can legitimately punish particular moves.

    [4][K][P]- This is used against 14-15 frame on standing, and against 14-16 frame lows that are blocked. This does 38 damage, and can easily mean a ring out, or wall cornering. Good oki options come out of this as well.

    [3][P][P]- This is used against 16 frame moves done by standing opponents. This does 30 damage, and is a combo starter.

    [6][6][P][+][K]:[P][+][G]- This is used against 15-16 frame standing moves (requires buffering). Honestly, this is not a move that I use as a form of punishing. I merely use when I either 1.) catch people off guard, or 2.) use it as an opening move [sparingly]. If anyone has been successful with using this as a form of punishing, please confirm.

    [6][K]- This is used against 17 frame moves. This is also a combo starter, and you want to ensure that you get the most damage out of the combo to follow, or combo to ring out if possible.

    [4][6][P]- This move is used against 21+ frame standing moves and some sweeping attacks. This is also a combo starter, and can very well lead to a high damage combo and/or ring out.

    This is excellent stuff, I'll be sure to help in any way I can, good job!

    Also, I will be the one to confirm that with experience [6][6][P][+][K] is an excellent punisher, I use it a lot so I'd know [​IMG] I first thought the same like you but then after I fought Weiand Jeffry (props go to him, I learn lots facing him) a lot I realized this is an excellent whiff punisher, its fast so it comes out before the opponents move lots of times, and lag plays a big role imo when it comes to punishing a blocked move with it, but overall I spam that shit and it works well.

    Edit: Also I have a question, for the moves you listed is the criteria that the moves have to be combo starters or can it be just in general the best choices?
