So, im thinking of returning back at VF5FS.
How active is the online on XBOX? I really want to commit my self
at VF but i have no one to play with an thus no intensive to get
better. I main GOH.

Actually your question was "Is the community alive?" which is quite different ^^

About online, randomly searching for player match or rooms can be difficult depending on the hours, you should add some GTs from your area ( to have a nearly ok online experience) and then go PM or room with them.

 

Still plenty of European players about on Xbox dude - hunt them down like Pokémon

Your goal should be a friends list of 100 relatively active VF addicts! When you find one, scan through their own list to keep adding more, like a domino effect. Overtime you'll get a picture of which connections and character usage you prefer to jam with, and hopefully the game should have plenty of longevity for you.

A good place to start on here is the GGs thread, and if you click on some users profiles, they may even show which country they're in. It's a much smaller game now than some of the other fighters out there, so to keep getting reasonable matches, you will have to put a bit of work in, and communicate with other gamers.

On topic. Surprisingly today, the online was full of matches. I had
a 4 hour session and im really satisfied with the overall experience
though i god demoted from "Defender" to "Barbarian".
So... Im up to catch up in skill with the rest of you guys and hope
we can cross each other in ranked or in lobbies (which were apparently
a ghost town).

Say, do any of you are up for some Lobbie VF goodness? If so, can
we arrange it?
