SC2 - Ivy's sword in a martial arts movie!

I was watching this tape my friend had of a chop-sockey flick, with average martial arts, but they come to the boss fight at the end, and what does the badguy use? Ivy's expandable blade! And he would make it stretch and contract during the fight!

I don't know if you'll ever find it (I saw it on VHS), but it was called "Blood of the Dragon", and had your typical cheesy dubbing.
