Sega CD/ cd32x emulators and games

Could someone please be kind enough to post a link to a good 32x/32xcd emulator...been wanting to play through a few old 32X games and Sega CD games....
Lunar on the sega cd and sonic are the first to come to mind..sipheed also..

BUT ANYWAYS...the games I am looking for that I have not been able to find - 3rd world war (sega CD), Sonic CD, Silpheed, Lunar on Sega CD, Star Wars on 32x...thats it for now...

Hey, got some sega cd stuff (part from a friend, part from digging through my crate of games gone by). I have sonic cd iso and I am trying to get it to work. The audio files are mp3. I believe they have to be converted to waves..is there anything else I have to do to get this to work?
