The topic is what it is. Do you play the game? What deck do you use? What tactics do you like/prefer? Which cards do you think are worth noticing, and why? Discuss /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

I just started, so my deck is a starter deck with few modifications. I called it The Noob Deck. The cards I think are quite good (only from the ones I own):

Se Hollyn Fortress - 4 HP, 4 mana, but gives +2 Protection to nearby creatures. Nice to have one in your deck I think.

Beguiling Fog - an absolutely genius spell. No mana cost, turns the target creature in a direction you want it to. Excellent for back attacks /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Pastmole Fire Oracle - 4 mana, yet activation for 2. 3HP, 2 attack, attacks with magic so anyone on the field, and when it dies, every other of your creatures gains 1 HP /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Hellfire Spitter - 1 mana, 1 att, 1HP, all directions. Place only on fire elemental field, otherwise it's too fragile.

Venoan Assassin - My favourite. Always attacks creature's blind spot, so +1 to already 2 attack, and it has 3 HP. The problem is it's activation cost is 2, and certain creatures don't have blind spots /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

Bewitching Elf Archeress - 2HP, 1 attack, forest. Turns the opponent around after hitting. Has to attack from 2 squares distance.

Healing Shower - a spell that gives +3HP to all the creatures of a chosen element.

Green Lycanthrope - no attack, 1HP, however it changes into a huge lizard, gains +3 HP, and +2 att, very useful. It says that it changes "half the time" however It always acted as a lizard for me... anyone can explain this card to me?

Elven Berserker Maiden - Attacks from 1 or 2 squares distance, has 3 HP, and 1 att, but when HP drops to 1 she gains 2 attack, and Dodge Attempt.

White Cubic - 1 HP, no attack, no element, dodge attempt. Sacrifice to be able to summon ANY creature WITHOUT ITS SUMMONING COST. A truly marvelous card if you manage to pull it off. Only 1 allowed in the deck.

 

Fun game surprisingly. I've put together a pretty cohesive Biolith deck that can tear things apart.

BTW, hold onto that White Cubic. You can only get it from the starter deck that comes with the EoJ game set as far as I know.

 

Heh, I'll never let go of my precious White Cubic! NEVER! I love it. I'll marry it, and summon thousands of our offspring WITHOUT THEIR SUMMONING COST !!! HAHA!

The Fire God that comes in the starter deck is also unavailable anywhere else, I forget his name off hand, so hold onto that as well.

 

i dont but i would really like to im thinking about getting the ps3 solely for this game.

however ive been playing the magic the gathering online which is free you can dl it at their site and u get to use like the 5 current starter decks to mess with online. Or u can start an account and play with cards online ucan buy then trade them in later for free for the real counterparts.
