i'm rollin up to NYC this weekend for a jam called United Styles. Pookie is one of the judges. last time i spoke to leano and pookie was at rocksteady anniversary 2 years ago. i remember asking leano what he knows about andrew aka jerky and he goes...

Swift Rock and Storm are gona forever be classic. (And I can say that without knowing much of anything in BBoying haha).

Abstrak's footwork was craaaaaaaaazy! Not only was it extremely fast, but it was really technical and had huge motions. Like, I could watch that all day haha.

Flea Rock had a real cool laid-back appearance to him even while battling. Just kinda like this isn't anything for him, this is just day to day routine haha.

Thanks for sharing man. I know very little about all of this just know I enjoy it and wana learn more.

I was talking to some breakers at Grand Central on Friday, they told me about this event.

3 of those guys aren't even in my crew. it was a last minute decision to enter. only me and busta (very first guy you see from us) are in Lab Rats Crew, and the other 3 are close friends of ours in a crew called Arrive to Defy, also in VA hence the "703" name.

and this is semifinals. this is when it got gay cuz the event went over it's time limit and everything was rushed. they forced a 3 way battle and only 3 out of 5 members could go out. *sigh* but one of the judges, Abstrak, gave us the win, while the other two, El nino and Float, gave it to Repstyles.

Ugh...I'm jealous of you flash. Glad someone gets to pursue this. I desperately need to get out of this state so I can be pursuing this as well. Kentucky is lame!
