Yes!!! Technically it's possible using Lion against Dural in her underwater VF2 stage.

OK.

First, knock Dural down.
Then buffer in with a d+K.
Because you're underwater, Dural floats extra high but NOT extra far like other characters.
Then buffer in for d+K again.
And again.
And again.
You can keep on doing this till ring out.
It can be done on the 42m ring stage too.
