VF Newsletter... get involved! - COMMUNITY EFFORT

I'll edit this main post sometime over the weekend, but I just wanted to put this up before bed. The first couple of paragraphs pretty much explains where I'd like US to go with this.

I have lots of crazy wacky ideas, but I seriously can't do this alone. If we all pitch in just a little I think we could put some awesome reading together and have something to look forward to reading once a week, month, whatever. I don't know about all of you, but I love coming to this website multiple times a day. Unfortunately because Sega is being a douche, content and discussions on the boards have been very lacking. There is still so much we all can share about the game and if not about VF then about ourselves.

Anyway I hope you all enjoy the first edition of the VF Newsletter.

I like it.. this is Cool. Blossy seems like a Real cool dude who is getting better by the day. I give blossy credit for finding time to get a few matches in and sparring. Just remember Blossy understand that VF is not about being the fastest but the Safest. Strike Accurately and see how long you can hold out until you find your openings and punish accordingly. Good Read and Write up.

Yeah, this is pretty cool. I do think it's a great idea and probably will help with community growth. Plus, somehow I feel it's nice to know each other.

Myke I'm not to familiar with wiki authoring, but I am willing to learn. If you could be so kind to set that up that would be awesome.

 

Being a part of this is very simple. Just provide me with fun content for everyone to read or view. All the information is on the first page of the newsletter.

 

I'd be willing to help out with this. There are alot of communities trying to do something similar to this, which is great.

 

I was thinking of something similiar the other day. You read my mind on alot of this. I enjoyed the Q&A session and individual life questions.
This is more front page stuff though. It would be nice to see a article every week with the help of mods we could pull something like this off. I have a few ideas, maybe we could do not only individuals but groups, have video Q&A sessions, have a where are thay now article, & questions about individuals own unique playstyles.

Yeah this is a really good idea. I'm glad you're still keeping the VF hope alive! Maybe you could also make a thread where the players can vote on who they'd want to be interviewed, new or veteran, and collect questions.

 

I really like the idea and i really enjoyed this first read. I hope there will be more news letter about vfdc. If i may dare a suggestion maybe you should just change the background color, green and black aren't really relaxing for eyes.

 

Great idea and i'm hoping to contribute a little when i'm less busy in the real world. For now though, i'm just astonished at the fact that Blossy looks like a bigger hippie than me
