    Where can i get ahold of one of those blue or black books ive heard of...you know the ones that the experts make...i think the one for evo has goh on the cover, and is green... /versus/images/icons/confused.gif

    is it? the description on the page says that it has the
    frame stats, unless my Japanese is really bad... but I
    dunno, probably if you have the book and there is no frame
    stats...

    Nope, no frame stats.

    I could drag up my frames = overrated theory but I shall remain quiet.
