Where The Wild Things Are

Anybody else catch this movie. To say I was blown away would be an understatement.

 

I knew what to expect and I was surprised. A great film.

 

Wait, so how did they manage to turn such a short children book into a good film? I was expecting this one to be torn apart by the critics ya know? Is it really good?

 

The director took the moral of the story and him and the writer (of the book) wrote a new story for the movie.

 

I would not say new...but rather expanded on it.

 

not so much expanded, more like modernized it.

 

not so much modernized, but liberated it.

 

not so much liberated, but brought it to life.

 

Liberated it? Really? WTF...
