Jeffery is a beast but everybody seems to look good...havent seen his half wall throw yet...right now I have to give it to Goh doe...that half wall throw alone puts him in the top 5

 

Jeffy is thst dude period and i don't even use him. He's the only character too have a Big ol pot belly in VF2 then come back with a Six pack in VF3 and gradually trim down increasing his speed in every iteration of the game.
