The next Japanese national tournament, Kakutou Shinseiki III, has just been announced. The finals are scheduled to be held on 21st March 2005.
The tournament will be broadcast live on the Internet. The link to watch the broadcast will be made available shortly after the event begins in Japan. The format of the broadcast will be windows media 9 and will ideally require a 500Kbps connection.

Otenami Haiken 4 is just around the corner, and it was recently announced that the finals will be broadcast live. The finals will commence on Monday 11th October 2004, at 15:00hrs (Tokyo time) and is scheduled to last for 2.5hrs.
Following the finals will be a 100-man kumite event with special guests:

With Final Tuned just a day or two away from official release, am2-sega have wasted no time in announcing the next big national tournament in Japan, Otenami Haiken 4.
The announcement was made on the official Virtua Fighter 4 Final Tuned site, but no other details are available as yet.

At AOU 2004, Sega AM2 has announced a new upgrade entitled Virtua Fighter 4 Final Tuned which adds new single player aspects as well as balancing out the game more while adding new moves. Expected in Japanese arcades during the Summer of 2004, however, no news of a console port have been announced. Expect media soon.
