I mean I play other games but I just recently caught myself, I was getting to competitive you never know how good a fighting game is until you start playing other stuff :/

Yeah. It can be fun to push buttons in other fighting games, but VF just feels more legit. Once you understand VF, it seems other fighters just can't compare.

I agree with kamais who doesn't seem to bd trolling dude. Having that mkndset for fgs already gives you an edge for vf. Now, vf has deep stuff you learn, even the lil stuff is important. However, it comes down to adapting. A lot of good vf players come from other games. A lot of early vf4 players were or are sf players today.

I hear you on 214KG but I feel if I did get a wrong read. They can get retracked on button press. However, both options leave us open for punish, a 'lil possibly less so with 214KG. On punish note, I rather PK or 6P like Grizz said
