Blackstar, where are you from? I was thinking of forming an east coast team so if you're in the region you could be on a squad with AZ and myself. Also I'll see if Cozby or Worstplayer wants in.

I do, can't remember his name tho. He was sound, I talked to him on the mic and he was seemed like a nice guy. He said he just wanted to play and didn't like vfdc cause the ppl he had played from there were too elitist Don't think he plays, I removed him from my FR a year ago maybe cause he'd been inactive for ages.

 

His name is BLACK L A C x, I think it used to be II Black II. He's on my friend's list, but I haven't played him in a long ass time, cause I don't play that often anyway.

 

It seems I've already been claimed! I probably wouldn't even get a chance to play on this team.

2-3 man teams would probably be more doable.

I played Black L A C the other day. He still plays on rare occasions.

Ok looks like I'm officially out until I get a new stick. I have been playing with a broken stick ever since I came back. I got a button that randomly misfires on it's own or doesn't work often and now my button works even less than the button.

I could remap things, but OMG it's already bad enough with the current remap. Hopefully I should have a new stick by the end of next week. If my stick comes in time then I'd love to participate. If not... well have fun guys!

 

I'd honestly almost be down with this except that my stick has been glitchy since purchase (re-mapped, replaced...) and I no longer have LIVE.

Still, I like the energy and hope it does well! be nice to see vids of the matches.

 

Wow interesting team there Rodney.... way to spread around the VF talent lol. And BLACKSTAR sorry but nobody here except for 2 teams (Team UK and my team) has officially created a team and listed all members. To clear things up, a member of a finalized team must make a distinct post with all the members of their squad listed as well as the name of their team. That's the only way to make this all clear. Once that happens I will post a message that states the names of each team and their corresponding members.

Here is what I have found from all the posts thus far:

It looks like Rodney may have a team but his stick is broken for now so I don't know what the final decision is for that. The Blackstar and Rare Entity team seems like a work in progress but there is no official word on that either. Team UK is Seidon, Boris of Wales, MarlyJay, and Beligerent Feck. There was a mention of an Italian team but nothing has come up from that either. SDS Overfiend seems to be searching for a team of his own...right now he's the lone action hero. But I advise a team who needs a member to pick him up quick because he will be a very solid addition.

As for a date for the first matches. If we can get all teams in by the weekend there is no reason why we can't have the first sets on Tuesday or Wednesday night of the coming week. If that doesn't work out we could always shoot for the weekend. Thursday through Saturday nights (and Sunday evenings) should always be good for me. So let's get moving lol.

yeah it's highly frustrating. I knew it was bad and had been playing through it, but my last few sessions with peeps was just down right upsetting. I was seriously ready to put the thing out my window or through my TV. I get hit or stagger, I'm hold and shaking out, but still get hit by the next series of attacks like it's a combo video. So to make sure I wasn't bugging I would attack and then just stand there holding as hard as I could... LAUNCH!!! ROFL yea that was the sign that let me know it was time to put that stick out of it's misery.
