All character strategy by Shiwa

Jacky

Jacky belongs to regular VF style with power, and pretty much the best character in FS. Although Jacky is strong, his moves are still traditional so there is always a way to play against.

Stings:
Shiwa demonstrates to duck Jacky's stings such as 6PP, 6PK, P+K P, 1PK, 4PK.. ,etc. It's the key to deal with Jacky. Punish Jacky's whiff or even just a simple 2P is good enough to interrupt his strings. Keep in mind never hesitate to do your attacks if you want to. For example, after block Jacky's 6P, he can use 2_3P or 6P+K CH if you hesitate and attack slow. So the principle is never hesitate to attack, or just block and wait for next chance.

Backdash:
Jacky can use backdash efficiently in FS. Most com is backdash > P+K combos to punish opponent's 2P. At this situation, you have to wait until make sure his moves whiff then do 2P punishment. For example, 6PK and 6PP, etc. The other way to deal with backdash is to use mid kick or long range attack such as Jean's 66P. But Jacky has sabaki so good range double palms attacks are better(safe).

Sideturn:
4P1P is unblockable on sideturn. As long as you can do basic guard throw escape, Jacky doesn't have too many options after that.

The reason Jacky is top tier because of his weight and he can do a lot of damage at reverse nitaku. For example, 6P+K CH is his weapon if you tend to use slow good range attacks against Jacky's backdash. Shiwa makes a conclusion about against Jacky is never hesitate if you want to attack, hesitation is the reason you got hit by Jacky. And don't feel upset when you lose because he is Jacky

Sorry I don't have enough time to actually translate this section as I wished, and the part of Pai had no volume during the recording, and all my image was what I saw from the live stream.

Shiwa pointed out the most basic stuffs for each character, so if you really want to dig deeper, I suggest you should have basic knowledge at first. He demonstrated the setups repeatedly so you should be able to get the idea AS LONG AS YOU WATCH THE VIDEOS. For example, Shiwa pointed out that to evade toward to Taka's stomach side is a better option, but once against the wall you should be aware of his 4PP setups since it can cause wall combos. Like I mention above, if you don't know the basic like which side you should evade against Taka's 4P strings, you probably won't get the idea why Shiwa was doing this particular demonstration.

According to my experience, Lei probably has the most difficult understanding due to his stances switch between, and the reason is I'm not familiar with Lei in FS. The rest of characters are much easier to understand.

Basically Shiwa only demonstrated the moves he believed should put on priority to show everyone, so even you don't know what the hell he was doing, at least you will realize it's the move we should be aware of.
