I love how Inocchi manages to make [6][P][4] seem abusable. He plays a damn clean Akira. Also, I really enjoyed the AkumaPai vs. Takumi match for some reason. I think it's probably because AkumaPai has such killer spacing, he manages to provoke whiffed attacks and counter several times before Takumi catches on. Good stuff.

Edit: Off topic, but what's the trick to getting the swallow kicks in after Pai's [3][P]+[G] surprise exchange? I'm know they're supposed to be guaranteed, but I get blocked about half the time I do 'em. Is there a certain timing? I realize this is the wrong thread to be asking this in, but I didn't feel that such a small question justified a new post. Danke.

Think I remember it being posted that because the swallow kicks share the same command as the [9]+[K] jumping attack you have to tap [K] as quickly as possible to execute it with the fastest timing.

I noticed in that Goh/Leifei match that Goh got a lp sabaki at about :21. Does he have a damaging followup to that at all? I noticed he didn't do anything... is that just the player's mistake? Vanessa has the same sabaki and she gets a good chunk of damage off of it.

Oh, and watching that Lau get creamed by that really good Aoi was nice... I'm starting to get sick of Lau players... =P

Goh lost his free [4][P]+[K] from evo after the lp sabaki for FT (don't know why), same as for MC knees. Now it's just [6][P]+[K],[P] after garanteed, could be wrong though. All in all Gohs lp sabaki sucks compared to vans. Nice thing, that I've yet to see, is that if you sabaki from a diss smaller then or even with -2 his new hitthrow Basara is garanteed. I'm suprised there aren't any more pk (gives -1 for goh right?) setups > lp sabaki > hitthrow. The only thing the opponent can do after pk hit to win over gohs 2p is a 2p of his own which is basicly the same situation setups as after Wolfs normalhit knee.

that wolf play was terrible /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif

segaru needs to finish his own setups. /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif not go back to LOW P!! --- mabye he lacks pai experience?

Or maybe that Pai player is just damn good, and certainly better than Segaru in that match.

    ice, i dont think so.

did you actually WATCH segaru play? it was poor!

he was relying on what, low kick? endless low Ps? and absolute no setups after he gained advantage.

he pressured himself and pai was laughing, lol...

i dont commend that match to anyone, sorry to be so harsh.
