So are you going on fri. If you cant post something as soon as possible because if you're not going then I can go through with my other plans that I had. I was going to go lifting, but since there might be an opportunity to play some arcade fighting. So just let me know ok.

 

Yeah, man Im not going to be able to make it, im working this whole weekend so it will be a no no for me. Did you buy a card for the game yet, I was thinking about buying one, and polishing up my steve game alittle bit before I get pwned. I wish the game had some crouch dashing or something instead of always doing or all the damn time.

 

Chicago players I need some VS VF 'cause I am getting bored. I've been training and I want to see my improvements. I just recently finsihed HS and have plenty of time befor college starts so I have some free time on my hands. My work schedule is flexible so I am up for some VF.

So come on, give me a head-up on anything or I am going to switch over to T5 and just go to the HIP.

 

Konjou_Akira and I will be in Chicago next weekend attending the Mid West Challenge fighting game tournament. It would be sweet if we could hook up with some Chicago VF'ers for some games while we are there.

P.S. Does anyone have contact of shota? Last time he was in NYC he gave me a real good beating and was hoping I could get back at him. heh heh

 

You should get into contact with madrox, and to find shota, maybe tim can help you out because he lives right by him.

Midwest tourney doesnt include VF? Wow thats not a shocker! As for meeting up Im going to have to check my schedule at work tonight and post later on. I intern and have a job, plus Im attending De paul in the fall so I will have to eventually quit playing for some time. I've never been to Nickel city over here, but anyways good luck in the tourney. I hope I can meet up with everyone somehow before school starts.

Count me in. I'm in serious need of an ass beating in this game as all of my friends are Tekken and DOA whores. I just got my PS2 back only 2 weeks ago which FINALLY ended my year and a half drought of playing this game regularly.

Just wondering where exactly everyone in this thread lives? Are you guys actually in chicago, a suburb, or over 45 minutes away as I am.

I live in Waukegan, and I'm looking for some competition around here. Usually, the only time I play is when I visit chicago and meet up with Shota's crew (Kageh, Crewwolfy, etc.) at our friend phil's place, or when I'm in champaign and I can get some games in with BetaBow. I'm pretty sure I haven't played against any of you besides Madrox (Jacky vs. Jeffrey).

Anyway, it'd be nice to add some new people to the scene and possibly have regular get togethers. Post up or pm me your locations and hopefully we can arrange something.
