i enjoyed the play tonight, always good playing against you. was suprised to see you pull out vanessa. guess you said you were going to do it sooner or later, since i think you said she's been shelved. shit, i haven't even PLAYED her. along with lei also. she does interest me, but not enough at the moment. i think one of my MAJOR problems with VF4 in general is reversing throws. just something that will come in time hopefully.

As for the girls in arcade thing, I think you are right. There for their boyfriends etc.

I'm up for friday.........someone needs to get a key to the cabinets and put those badboys on freeplay for us........yea right.

Hey, you guys remember Enk's Orlando VF4 Championships idea? What do you say we start bi-weekly tourneys for rankings? Mostly to keep the interest up and to keep pushing our games. We could have small entry fees if we wanted...or not. If everyone is down with this let's start it soon. How about next weekend?

Yeah reversing throws can be a pain, but I tell you what against vanessa DTE, "double throw escape" with p+g,f+p+g and you'll escape tthree of my favorite throws. Also since she only has two low throws you can eliminate my low throws altogether....well at least my low hit throws. d/f+pkg, and d+pkg. Easier said than done of course, otherwise so many people here and in NyC would have been escaped my whore splash mountains

I think you should look for my trademark low punch MC. Then just mash away at the escapes.

hah, don't worry I'm sure you all will surpass me in gameplay. I can't see my level increasing to much due to my genuine lack of any real interest in raising my own bar. Hats off to you when you do, and I'll try and stomach the numerous losses until I can't stand no more wh00t!

Ok, I'm giving my EGO to the_dude. No more shit talking from me anymore. I'm one of you guys now. I'm in for the bi-weekly tournies. Next week is perfect for me. Let's get something organized and written to make it official. I'm pretty busy practicing my capcom games for this weekends tournament in Atlanta, so that's why you've been seeing less of me att hese get togethers. I promise that I'll be playing as usual after it's over. Uncauzi, you're the #1 ranked vf player in Orlando, how can you NOT compete in this? Keep practicing guys and I'll see you when I get back.

Not #1 ranked my freind, I may win a bit more sometimes but that's just good guessing. As far as gameplay is concerned I'd say you all are leaps and soon to be bounds ahead of me. Noone in Florida is ranked at all until after the tournaments. I said it once and I'll say it again, you ain't shit until you've won a tournament. Not totally true but that's the way I feel about it.

Well I'll try to make it whenever you guys plan the tourney. My "uncaring comments" are just a direct reflection of my subconcious saying "Write you bastard, plan some films, stop playing video games for crying out loud" It's more me psyching myself out of trying to hard at gaming when I should be concentrating on other things.

J/king, I think you froze while playing me today, remember no fear, no pain! Shrm that shit. IMF shrm the shit out of vanessa today and it threw me completely off at first. Getting hit by a shrm puts me in panic mode huhuhu.

Blonde One, you made me feel guilty man, you stopped playing me and went and played tekken. Come on now! VF4 is where's its at! I just heard a sigh today when you played me, one of those "Not this fucker" sighs. Big contrast to the bubbley jeffry/jacky fights of the other week. Then again my vanessa can be irritating.

IMF, all I can say is NIIIIIIIICE, at first you needed to adjust to Vanessa. Akira freaked me out with those well placed Shrm's, then you raped me with throws after stagger with Lau. I think I did better today against you today in tension situations however, generally when you get the offense I crumple like a hooker to a pimps backhand. Too bad I promised some peeps I'd go out tonight; otherwise we'd still be going at it, those matches were too close Sabaki won't catch...stupid elbows....huhuhu...don't think it can catch the palm either...

Mikey didn't play you, but keep playing you got good coaches.

Yeah sorry about that. I was VERY hungry and irritable and didn't have the bubbly stamina to try and defeat you nor the $ =) this time. I just went to play tekken just so I could kick the crap out of someone. Lord knows thats not going to happen when I play you......yet!!=). I saw some guys that half way new what they were doing at tekken so I went over and scored some wins and killed some time while Mikey got used to the game. Good games overall tonight guys.

UNC- Nice vanessa I'm working on my own version of her and hope to start laying it down with her. Nice watching you play her though. "Where was Jeffrey"? =).

Akira2k1-Your lau is no joke, I enjoyed playing you also.
IMF and Dude- Catch you guys sometime maybe this weekend.
Gaishou- Sorry we left early, not sure if you were there later or not.
?- who is the dark skinned gentlemen with the pony-tail? props to him for playing as much as he did.

I think I'm going to stick with jacky til the release of "Home Version", in the mean time i'll study moves and strats for Vanessa, and Shun. Later guys. I've got a lot of practiceing to do. =)

It took me awhile to adjust to Vannessa's moves like you said.

Just wanted to say thanks and that the gathering of players last night was good and the competition even better.

Unc- your right, and vicious with Vanessa. Next time I will try to concentrate more with Akira. I will get you one of these days, huhuh!
IMF- think we only played a game or two, and I am still impressed with your Akira for not having a good night with him (I think that's what you said).
The Blonde-one- glad you could make it, I enjoy playing your Jacky as you mix him up very well. tough to beat (impossible with my Akira). Look forward to playing you again.
MiKeY- glad you could make it. Keep playing, I think you will be very good considering the way you played for your first time. Not to mention, Kage is a freaky stud.

Dark skinned gentleman or "dood with a pony tail" will play you forever almost at any time of the day. One thing I'll say is he is definately persistent, he will give you at least 10+ games before he moves on to the next machine and then he'll come back again for some more.

To bad he stinks pretty bad, but he has gotten better, I'll give him that. He can actually do the XPD now, so he's beyond the state of button mashing, although he does kind of spazz under pressure. It's kind of funny to watch him dance next to the machine during tension situations.

I think he gets the impression that I don't like him, but I just get frustrated that he's not any better than he is. It would be awesome if he was badass because he's the most constant competition you can get there.

Hey Guys, im kinda grounded right now for my report card ¬¬ it kinda sucked... all the letters across the board. but anyways. im writing this without my dad knowing cause im not supposed to be on the comp, so ill catch you guys some other time when i have more money ^_^.

Akira2k1- good playing you, im hoping to be more of a challenge soon enough. then i can keep you on your toes a bit more than i did =).
Dude & IMF- you know you're good i dun need to tell you that. thanks for the tips, ill catch you guys when i can.
Uncauzi- Yeah....umm i saw you playin over there and i felt a lot safer at a distance seeing as though that pony-tailed guy was shit but could still probably beat my ass only because last night was my first night ever playing VF4. So along with Akira2k1 im hoping to be a better challenge. but until then i think ill keep my distance.
