I agree with you. He is little good Wolf player, but still he is really childish.

Wow, I read thru almost all the post (since my xbox just crapped out on me aint got nuthin too much better to do) and looks like there was alot of stuff goin on from bad games to lag to hitting after a ko back to bad games lol..Far as lag, yea it sucks when ya get it but overall I have some pretty good connection matches even with graybar ppl rarely but it has happend or maybe I was too noob to notice lol, nothing compared to the smoothness of offline, but still it's not bad enough for me to go ballistic and not play online anymore. Though it kinda sux that there is some ppl you'll never really get a chance to play/have a good conection match due to this. I'm sure/hope it will get better in time..

Hitting after a ko. I try not to but sometimes i'll try and practice buffering the doublepalm and i'll punch the ground or jump by accident. I know I could back up but that won't help with me jumpin on ya by accident plus the time it takes for me to back up that's on less DP I get to try /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif I hear doing this is considered disrespect but I watched some VF final match tourny in Japan on youtube or something with a crowd n the bigscreen for all to see and dude was hella stompin with Lau after every winning round lol, although it does give that feeling like (in real life) ok he's not moving ima go kick him in the face. That's str8 up wrong n i've seen bystanders jump in over stuff like that. But it's a game and it almost seems like Am2 wants you to hit em again with the whole float thing or while they're falling to the knees slowly. Hit someone with Akira's /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif while they're slowly falling and they go flying lol, that's hillarious. Me I personally don't care but notice lots of ppl do so I try not to do it unless done by accident or they do it to me so I assume they don't care either but I won't do it everytime.

Spamming punches n low punch. I try my best to stay away from that so I can learn other moves better and jabbin aint gonna help me too much. I don't really mind if ppl do it, it is annoying but I just consider it practice on avoiding it n what not, but it is a fighting game so I guess it's to be expected sometimes. Again prob my noobness talkin right there..But if you see me goin one two jab crazy on ya it's because i'm trying to buffer singlepalm and it won't come out so I keep trying over and over till it does come out, wether I get knocked down or the next round starts ima still try to do it till it happens, then i'll stop lol.

NDru plays the most annoying Kage on XBL.

Run away, Run away, use range attack or run in and throw, in all close combat use DMPK at disadvantage...

So effective and easy to do, but hard to defend...

We were about even on wins, but man it was tedious...

 

Maybe I should start running away from folks...I might actually get more wins

 

most American player who use kage, they just do same thing.

Yeah, it was a pain in the ass. I shall avoid that guy henceforth to save myself the trouble.

 

I don't usually run in and throw but since I saw you sidestep most of the time, that's what I had to resort to. Kage has few effective circular attacks. I only play based on how my opponent plays.

 

no offense but that's exactly how you played me last month, just switch DM P+K for 2P.

I don't know Slide, you seem to remember those fights more than me. I have never thought that I was a constant run away player or a perpetual down-puncher, but maybe I am and you are just the first guy to call me on it.

As for the Kage stuff, run away and range attack techniques have always been pretty cheap and annoying, but with DMPK in VF5 (I know it was in 4 but it was less effective) now even when you bide your time, and patiently wait to get close to the run away Kage, you get an advantage, do something and end up eating the DMPK. Argh.

44 and DMPK-happy Jacky is the same way, but what are going to do? It's free country and anybody can play their character any way they want. The only recourse is to, uh, complain. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

when someone feels to make a post in the bad game thread, how about putting a youtube movie of said match, for proof of awfulness . i would love to see them /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

 

Keep doin what ur doin man, that's what you're supposed to do is frustrate your opponents and keep yourself safe. What are you supposed to do, put yourself in situations to get hit or let them hit you to make em happy? F that. People should embrace the way you play to help when encountering others that have that style of play...That's like getting upset at someone cause they block too much. I see some accept it but are just frustrated, but to those that look at your style like pfft cause they keep losing to it, they'll just have to deal with the fact (or seem to choose to) that they won't be able to beat that style of play and only shows the mindframe of someone who's not determined to adapt,learn, and get better. I've played you before NDRU and I like your Kage, it's the best i've ran into so far. I remember playin ya when I first got this game a few months back and I was like ohh sh** this dudes a friggin beast! Then I ran into ya again a week er two ago and was very excited to play ya again to see how much i've progressed. I don't remeber how it went, I'm sure I lost pretty bad again lol, but i'm sure I did alot better..Anyways keep doin what you do and just apologize that you don't stand in front of them to play the high/low blocking game and let them do what they want/ play the way they think you should..Me as a begginer I always enjoy playing someone of your caliber/knowledge even if I lose over and over and over again. All in all you can't please everybody mang.. And i'm sure you won't but I just wanna say don't change your style cause of a few post, change it cause it's not working and you're forced to.
I know some ppl aint gonna like me cause of the stuff I said but I don't care cause I don't like seeing someone get flamed cause of how they play and makes it harder for them to win. I got love for everyone regardless of what they say bout me or whoever. I might get upset for a min. but i'll get over it. I'm sure everyones a pretty cool cat once you get all that bs out the way.

 

The guys spamming DM P+K always evade in the same direction for the DM.

If you see DM P+K in round 1, assume the above in all those DM "appropriate" situations & use an appropriate half circular attack.

Last night I lost three straight matches to a certain Wolf that spammed DM P+K so many times it accounted easily for 50% of his attack strategy. I would try to escape or crouch at the beginning of the match but when it became obvious that all this guy wanted was a cheap win I just stopped trying. It's just so NOT fun.
