Bad Games Thread

Yo Tones,

Ha, if i started a blog it would be terribly interesting and terribly disappointing. Interesting, because i fancy myself decent at spinning a quality yarn, dissappointing b/c i'd write once or two, and then never touch it agian.

Alaska girls are freaking sketchy, just went on a sorta date with sum chick and was hittin it off pretty well when she decided to admit she had a bf!! GREAT! Well fuck, we are far too busy here at work, so that ends my first blog entry.

 

BGs to myself for losing my damn patience with some of these folks rolling up to fight me. Oh yeah, and for losing sight of the basic stuff -_-

Well he is now using kage, just plays keep away, dmp+k and 2p TFT for ring out. I can't describe how disappointed i am that this guy can get to hunter 78% win without being anygood at the game. ( i know--rank doesn't mean anything etc etc etc). It really pisses me off b/c i play so many people who work hard to get better at the game but haven't achieved his level of success.
I plan to demote him, lol, i'll do my best.

 

Unico owes his rank to spamming hard-to-react-to moves online, and plug-pulling. He's pulled on me a few times, but he won't do it when its not a match that counts towards his rank bar.

 

smb, rank means the same thing it has always meant.

ggs to ukdiddy, man your akira is straight beastly IMO. All the feedback i read on here makes it sound like u r just another player, but not to me. Maybe ur game matches well against mine or something, cause u r one of the stronger players i've played. I was really glad to get to play u again too. On the only 2 or 3 previous times i played u, u dominated me, and that never sets well with me. I was glad to get a little redemption an evenly matched set. Man, i look forward to playing u more. U have the best akira i've played, hands down. Well, perhaps to avoid controversy i'll say, u have the most effective akira i've played hands down.

 

Hah, this explains Unico to me now. He will NEVER host again after I beat him down. Shame on you Unico!! =P

 

So we shouldn't play with Unico?
I haven't played VF online for a while, but I'll be back soon, and I'm pretty sure I'll play rank match again, when I find my free time.

I hate to play with puller, but I don't know that Unico guy is a puller, so can anybudy tell me about him a little more?

 

I beat him a few matches last night and he didn't pull (rank on the line), then he beat me one back.
So yes, play him and demote him..(the only reason not to play him is b/c of his annoying, sorry style).

And JB (a.k.a. Social Ruin) a little passive aggressive there, no? Givigng a GG shout out to Ukdiddy in the bad games thread) ha, take that diddy, lol.

Bad games to myself again for getting demoted to 8th Dan by Darthminion and his semi-spamming Lau. Mind you, he plays VERY careful now against me (still spams). But he uses almost the entire roster on me but after a while I lay it to his Shun and he decides to pull the plug. Damn, I had almost respected the guy -_-

Unico: Not because I played him recently which I didn't but his style involves a LOT of running away and lows, with some spam added (Brad). I don't even need to get into the chasing you're gonna have to do for his Kage -_-

I'm definitely gonna have to work on my long distance game it seems.

 

I've seen Unico in player matches too, His Brad isn't exactly good but I don't think he deserves BG's just for spamming hard. He uses 2k+g, DM p+k and turtling a lot cause sadly people can actually win like that.

Think about, most of the people he plays will have a hard time dealing with it and it probably work's on the majority of people he plays so, meh.

EDIT: Oh yeah, i've also never seen him pull even when the rank is on the line and i've played this guy a lot in ranked.

 

Unico's Kage isn't really worth talking about because that's pretty easy to deal with (in my opinion) but he's got his brad shenanigians down to a T, and it's a pain. Still, it's a style of play so I don't think he deserves a bg either. Unless he's sending messages or pulling, it's just something to help us all get better....and then enjoy punishing.

Heh, and the ggs in the bgs thread huh social? J/k. I really appreciate the compliments man. You were killing me with those lows! Oh my goodness, I wanted to smash my face into the coffee table per low staggering kick I received. And that rolling thing. I thought I'd be able to scare you out of doing them with the double kicks, but you just did it from a further distance so I ended up losing some teeth from them. Heh, and Wasted, I missed you last night man. I thought you were going to rejoin after our first match, but I didn't see you for the rest of the night. Kinda sad, but oh well. I'll be on later, cuz I can't stop, won't stop lol.

Oh and Wasted, you live in Alaska man? You enjoying yourself? My family and I used to live in Ft.Richardson, Alaska when I was little. Dad was in the millitary. So many good memories. My parents always talk about how much money you can make in Alaska and keep saying they're going to go back someday.

 

Why are you guys talking about Unico now? I mentioned him months ago when all that crap was going on with HotD about DMPK. Anyway he lives in Canada and some peeps dont connect very well with him. Ive been raping him as of late and he sent me a freind request 'picture that'.

 

KingofcarnageVF has a point. Eventhen, I never used it as much as him. When I first fought Unico, I was like, "WHOA, this guy is even worse than me! Fancy that!" I guess this community just likes me more? =P

 

unico brad spamming offense create an interesting defensive challenge i remember around xmas figuring out how to deal with his 2p p 2p with lei doku sabaki. When he dmpk after 2p i used 9 p+k. Just remain patient and study his tendencies, once he knows u figured him out close range the brad back walking start and thats where i get confused for some reason. btw he also gave me friend request and i accepted it since he said my defense was tough to crack open

jons up...eh. A low-skilled kage. Was not impressed. played 3 games. he won the first to with dmpk, and 4 ringouts on TFT (i know, my responsability to escape, but i still don't respect the style) and then pulled when i was about to win the 3rd match. Hmmmmmm. Way to man up, in a player session no less. I wonder why he has been mentioned in the good games thread. Anyhow, douchey--->nice pull, that was close.

 

Cause if everytime we fought someone who isn't that good we post in BG's, then there wouldn't be much of a GGs thread. It's silly to give someone BG's just for being scrubby or poor.

Pullers though, yah they deserve it.

Once again, i was 2-3 wins from ranking up to barbarian and a random disconnect reset my bar. This is the third time /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

This makes ranking up a near insurmountable obstacle....sigh....oh well. time for a break.
