Hey guys if you see that Darthminion is now an 8th dan, it's thanks to me! I whooped his sorry noob ass. I think he was about to pull but he thought he had a chance(because I let it get really close LOL) and then I layeth the smack down on his sorry noob ass before he could pull. Then I beat his Lau w/ my own nooby Lau and humiliated him! DARTHMINION HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY OWNED!

bad games to everyone i played tonite. I played almost no strong players, and the few i did played like cravens. I can honestly say, i didn't have one positive experience tonite. Maybe i'll try again after midnite and start a new day. But friday's opponents were not where they should be.

 

lol sorry social ruin...i must've been one of those bad players. Funny how you mentioned Unico b/c I fought him today too and he left a bad taste in my mouth as well lol...since he ruined my day, I thought maybe I'd ruin somebody else's too! LOL you appeared at the perfect place at the perfect time.

 

Bad news: Had to deal with yoonceagain (Vanes user). Dude did just as much as Salva1996. Swept him under the rug in two matches so I could resume getting my butt kicked by tsua, wasted wish, Cozby and the like.

Good news: 2nd match - destroyed him, demoted him, then kicked the crap outta his prone body and tap-danced a little bit (stuff I don't normally do to a "dead" opponent). I don't think I'll be seeing him again.

 

social ruin, no offense but just so you know, your playing style gets a little annoying too sometimes.
Like when you just want to do lows after lows, that's not that bad but when you start doing 2p, 3p, 2p, 3p, 2p, 3p (mix in a throw about every 5 of those) like that's all you know... well, let's just say that using the lag of 2p to set up 2_3p (or once in a blue a throw) over and over and over can leave a very bad taste in anyone's mouth.

 

thanks tfam, actually i'll keep that in mind @ least for player matches!! In my defense, about half of my 3p (i assume u are refering to lei's stomach crumple with buffered 2p) about 1/3 of those aren't intentional. I have difficulty with inputs after 2p and it seems like any move that involves a 6 and a punch together always end up coming out as 2_3p. It can be very annoying for me too. I have been wearing out 2p throw. All that being said, i think what it boils down to is it's just annoying to lose. More to some than others, but still....beating up unico is a blast, losing to him not so much. Also Tfam, brad is such an offensive juggernaut, that when i gets going he feels like everything is advantage, and it feels like all i can slip in vs u is 2p, which is why u get it so much. Lau is much the same, with the difference being lau doesn't always feel like he's +3 adv for the fight. funny huh? A lei user complaining about opponents being offensive juggernauts. I would have to think lei, brad, and lau result in the most Excellents of all the characters. Especially lei and brad can grab momentem in a round and simply overwhelm an opponent (even great opponents). Anytime peeps feel like i'm 2p-ing too much, send me a PM giving me suggestions on alternatives to defence. Especially DURING a player set. I prolly don't know ur character enough to u better alternatives, and the advice would be greatly appreciated. Just something simple like 'after long duck fuzzy gaurd and u are at +2', or after 'pp6p all attacks are linear, so evade and input 4pg throw escape'...i would like to expand my game.

I was about to say Social Ruin, you be using Lei's roundhouse sweep move a lot too. Plus Lei's combos are freakin powerful as heck. I think anything is fair game...you just gotta learn and adapt and punish. I can beat Unico quite easily now...sure his fighting style was annoying and awkward to deal with but then again, nobody is entitled to play the way the other person wants them to play. You play to earn that victory and as long as you're a good sport about it, it's all good. Thanks to Unico, he's made me a more versatile player and that's how I see all challenges. BTW, how come you didn't accept me when I challenged you w/ Brad but then accepted w/ I chose Jacky? Was kinda confused. Maybe my Brad is too dangerous no? mwahahah j/k. I know he's still very scrubby but that's why I'm still learning.

Also Cozby VFDC, did you pull on me or was it a bad connection problem? I was just kinda surprised by it b/c our matches usually flow quite smoothly. GGs anyhow.

 

tsua, i've been playing really bad the last 2 days (took my rank bar from 3 wins to 10 dan down to half full) and with playing bad comes frustration. WIth that playing ur brad was pissing me off to the point where it was hard not to hit my controller or throw something so i had to remove myself from the situation. Then ur jacky joined and i said screw it, play this 1 more game and turn it off. After winning i thought it was only fair to give u a rematch and after that i turned it off. Today was getting to the point where i wasn't having fun winning or losing so why even bother.

 

Bad Games to that 2P-ing idiot Addypaddywaddydingdong or whatever his name is. He got me one round with that crap and the other three I just murdered him. Hella boring.

...also I have to agree with an earlier comment. BDoubleblade is boring as hell and I have no idea how he got maintains his win ratio. He got spanked too and I was having a bad night tonight.

o crap actually i realize i did pull on you. It was around the morning to afternoon transition right? I was trying to go to work and I kept playing so when you beat me w/ brad i was like "ok thats it i should really leave now." You did get the win right? I turned my xbox off when the fight was over. My fault lol I'll try not doing that ever again.

 

tsua, please stop joining my games. If I wanted to see who wins in DM p+k spamming match then I could go play my retarded Auntie or something.

He did? So funny this guy is some how on my friends list. And I don't know how? I think My friend added him. Played him one night in players for like half an hour. result was like 135231-2 I think. lol
But I told him after his game is lacking majorly. Never blocks, only spams the same move, same pattern, trys to hit me from -frames all the time. he said that he doesn't follow frames and only fights with a shapeless form based on instinct or some crap like that. LOL. I told him that it's not Instinct its repetitive spam and he does the same thing in SC4. he said that he knows all the frames in sc4 so that's impossible. LOL I said what ever and if he could stop pulling on people cause that's what i keep hearing. He said that he only pulls on cheep people. LOL I told him there is no such thing as cheep. If you really like to play skilled people and intense matches (that's what he told me two night before) then you would stick around and learn from your mistakes instead of pulling. I left it at that. the bothersome thing is that he always sends me request to play. and I sometimes have to hid online to avoid him. Ooh, I am too nice. I Think I will remove him tonight.

 

Beligerent Feck, calm down dude. It's just a game. You make it seem like DM P+K makes the game broken or something. Akira is linear so why not use it? Seriously, why should I just stand and guard when I could dodge your linear attack and *gasp* hit you? That's like complaining that I should just stand there so you can do your pretty little combos on me so you can make yourself feel good. It's like saying I shouldn't parry in Street Fighter 3 and block instead..WTF? I have the chance to counterattack but instead I should just guard? Seriously you don't make much sense. You forget that DM P+K is a double edged sword...it's very punishable just as it is very useful. Same thing w/ Parrying in SF3. Plus you were using it like crazy yourself so WTF? Maybe you just don't know how to punish against it so that's why your whining? In that case, you need to start doing more learning and less complaining. Seriously, I think it's a bit lame to complain about a game mechanic...either that or you just don't like losing. Whatever...geesh rank whores these days.

Man if DM P+K annoys you that much, I advise you to NEVER play against Unico...he'll make you wanna jump off a bridge.
