There was no slight edge whatsoever though, and there also was no sounding not-happy. Just being mystified, and overall uncomfortably surprised at the situation.

Why do you put your opponent through that?

 

Sad part is, guys like that come back talking about how cheap you were. He was probably getting tired of you beating him like a cheap drum. Hell, I get tired of it when it happens to me but I usually blame my own inabities before I blame the other guy (sans lag).

My apologies to Corey Fearless for playing like shit. I am usually that bad anyway, but I spammed way too much in our matches.

If it makes you happy to remember that scenario like "I was just chilling, minding my own business beating Tony's ass and I said to to him 'hey, you're boring to play and I could beat you with just elbow', I said this really nicely but he took it so wrong when I really meant it as constructive criticism. He got so pissed off for no reason. He has such a short fuse and I'm just such an observant guy who keeps it real. How could Tony have taken my innocent comment and gotten pissed about it? I don't understand, I did nothing wrong. He's the one that's wrong for taking my tactless comment in the "wrong" way." ...
uh, yeah, do what you gotta do to and say what you gotta say to make yourself feel better. The fact is that I was up in matches won, I was trying to be humble; the fact is that you did not sound happy, to be 100% truthful, you sounded pissed. Say what you want and keep telling people how I'm this horrible guy that can't take some constructive criticism and how I'm boring to fight and how you were beating my ass. Whatever you gotta do to justify yourself, lol.

Also as far as Tsua goes he joined plenty of my ranked matches and i beats that ass on numerous occassions. He plays pretty decent. I don't think i remember him spamming DMp+k but if he did it damn sure did'nt work lol! Tsua do what nets you wins. IF a motherfuka don't punish a DMp+K with PK then or whateva its their problem. I would normally adapt to it and attack smart to bait you into doing it then punish.

 

Wow, this is incredibly over dramatic. Its a video game, the match is 3-5 45 second rounds, and i host. Not really "putting" anyone "through" anything.

You weren't up in matches, that's all I posted to clarify. If I got beat on the whole by what you were doing, I'd say nothing. Apparently you trying to pull out extremes from what I'm trying to say right now man. It's not really that serious to me, and I'm sure it's not to you too, hopefully. You keep making it a point to say you had a slight edge, when that was not true at all.

At this point it doesn't even matter what I say, because you're trying to blow it up. There's no "lawyer-type-arguments" here, I'm not even arguing with you in the first place, that's what I'm trying to show you. It's as if you're trying to dig deeper into what I'm saying and magnify it, such as to make me appear to be an instigator. I initially said how interesting the posts in this thread were, to illustrate a perspective I had, that I thought was becoming clear.

If you want to show how horrible of a player or sport I am, that's fine, cause that's all opinionated, but atleast get the details correct.

You guys goto too many extremes on this forum. If I were to say "shut up" you'd probably understand that as me saying "Keep your mouth shut and go to hell you piece of shit you, and your family!1"

Thanks for defending me lol. Yeah, that's one of my tactics and I usually will try to get my opponent suckered into my DM p+k "mind games" and then suddenly switch it up to confuse them. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...many people say it's too risky but I, for one, am willing to take that risk so what? How does it make me a bad player? If it's so easy to deal with, why are people getting hit w/ it so much and arguing about it? I remember playing UK Diddy and he'd sidestep almost all of my attacks and so in order to adapt, I started throwing out Lau's 4 k+g circular kick and started winning a few matches that way. Deathsushi's Brad is very offensive but he always likes to sidestep and DM p+k after every move so I punished him for doing so w/ Jacky's beat knuckle. It ain't that hard folks. The goal in a fighting game is to make the other player fight "YOUR" type of fight. I know it aint pretty but everyone has their own style and I think we should respect that and just have fun. Listen folks, I never stated I was the best VF player...not even close. Heck I just barely got into VF! I remember playing a little bit of VF4: Evo and then jumped right into VF5's online rank matches(I should've began in Player matches and practiced lol)! Heck I didn't even play through the game's tournament mode to gain items(my brother did though and I'm just using the items he's won)...I literally just jumped right into the game and I'm quite proud due to the fact that I was able to reach Master Rank w/ little to no help, using my own style. I didn't even know about VFDC.com until just a few months ago.

LOL yes bgs to us erdraug...by the way, last time we fought I couldn't even punish your sweep after blocking w/ an elbow-kick! You kept on doing it over and over and I remember thinking, "Hey wasn't I able to punish this move last time lol?" But yeah, it was the lag I guess eventhough there weren't any hiccups during our matches. Weird.

Oh and wasted wish, my brad is super scrubby so you really have nothing to worry about. No where near the skill level of Blahzie or Dr Familia's Brad. I think people are just kinda dumbfounded at how nooby my Brad is and they don't know how to deal w/ it...YET lol. I think it's b/c I play him very differently. I use low attacks, which Brad isn't really known for and play a mean low and mid game...I also incorporate quite a bit of feinting and throwing. Be prepared to get ownzors!

 

He's on my blacklist. The pulling ones. Just don't play him and/or disconnect if he joins your match.

 

You guys, I have a secret : I LOVE PLAYING AGAINST BDOUBLEBLADE! Seriously, I can play him all day long and never get bored. Thanks to him, I've been able to practice dealing w/ Jacky's beat knuckle.

 

bad, bad, BAD GAMES to Darthminion for pulling not once, not twice, but FIVE FUCKING TIMES. He pulled when I was about to demote his Wolf, he pulled when I was about to demote his Lau and he pulled all three times I was about to demote his Jeff, all within the space of an hour tonight. Right before he pulled the first time I knew it was coming, and afterwards I just decided to hunt him down and join his session every time he hosted. After the 5th pull he sent me this message:
'kicked ur ass in mk deception!!' (01.52)
I responded with :
'how did i know u were going to pull AGAIN?! my god ur such a fucking pussy'
He sent me:
'fuckin spin on it' (01.56)
I sent him:
'seriously, why do you even bother playing?'
He didn't respond.

It put me in a really bad mood, especially after that AbruptAddy wanker this afternoon, and I ended up playing really badly and losing half my bar. So bad games to myself as well for letting it get to me.

 

We might need a list on who pulled on who, and how much. I've never heard of Someone pulling thou 5 TIMES in A HOUR, but not surprised it's Darthminon who did it.

Anyway, Slide, you can say that it's not serious to you but you keep bringing it up and talking to other people about it... lol, whatever man, continue saying whatever you wanna say to whoever, it really don't matter.
