Well, hopefully we'll be seeing a few of the midwest VF scene in Cedar Rapids tomorrow. I'll be honest, I'm a bit nervous...first tournament in 3 years and I'm definitely rusty. Chris and Troy keep telling me they need me to weed out more of the scrubs earlier so they can have an easier time

For an update somewhat, Troy's Lion is getting to the point of being just absolutely brutal, with his Pai not far behind.

Chris's Shun is branching out a bit and honestly is proving to be much more difficult to deal with now, though his Jeff kinda still needs work, he is the best throw escaper out of all of us though. Last week he escaped five high/low throws in a row in one match in about 15-20 seconds time.

I'm just not as up to it as I used to be as I refuse to play just one primary/one secondary. I'm currently juggling 4 characters (Wolf, Aoi, Sarah, Lei), and so am not really excelling with one or the other. If you had to ask Troy and Chris, they'd probably put my characters as Sarah, Aoi, Wolf, Lei in order of strongest to weakest. I'm still kind of off using FL stance with Sarah, but it's getting better.

Okay I will put your Sarah on top, Wolf next then your Aoi. Wow thanks for the kind words Nutlog. I agree with your assesments of Troy(the baby killah).

Good games everyone up at E6 yesterday. Had a good time meeting and playing all of you. The best moment for me, of course, was flipping LonelyFighter's Jeffry out of the ring at the end of a Kage combo in the Akira dojo. A little redemption for him knocking me out of the tourney earlier. /versus/images/icons/laugh.gif Hope to see all of you if and when we have a VF4 tourney down here in St. Louis.
