been wanting to practise against humans players... although I really havn't had much luck with CPUs anyways
I've been playing at the Bedok arcade(EVO) but the difficulty is slightly beyond me - can't get past stage 6

Know of any other place that has Evo other than Yishun and Bedok (bedok's expensive - 2 credits)

 

if u wanna compete it's best to play at yishun still..... don't know where else got the game.

I spent like 15 to 20 bucks everytime i go there to fight against human players. Actually it's ok if u can't beat coms... I can't even beat com with my best character unless i abuse their AI bug.

Wow! So many gatherings already! Sorry I was sort of out of the scene. Baby arrived on the 7th Jan. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif I got hit by the flu bug on the same week and that made parenting very difficult. Still suffering with sniffles.

At last!! i went played vf4!! its been months since i last played..........i use lion one...

i was at Bugis in e evening today and challenged someone....his vanessa was not bad....but the sticks suck..i cant do dash and punch sometimes doesnt work... =(


i dont know much abt new characters and their moves either..

I've gotten the lisence part approved. Now its up to them to decide whether want to buy or not

Its actually not a prob i feel. I believe with consoles versions around, it helps to get more players into this game and the arcade ones will be more like a battlefield where they challenge strangers. Thats how you can improve right?

Also, with console versions, players can try more new techniques and moves so that the standard in Singapore can be raised! /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

 

Hm.....

Few important points to note:

1)The hardcore players are only a handful due to the depth of the game.
2)Most of the hardcore players know one other.
3)When the console comes out, most probably VF4 Evo gatherings will start to take place in each of our houses.
4)Playing at home is at no cost cos the electricity bill is paid by our parents.
5)Everyone will be focus on only 1 game.
6)No disturbances from any outsiders.
7)No restrictions to the amount of time available (no closing time).
8)No restrictions to the number of games played (no need to change credits cos free play all the way).
9)Pockets and wallets won't be burnt.
10)So what do you think?
