I need advice on some of my weakness's. My first weakness is that I have problems with performing reverse sledgehammer at the end of certain combos and the second is trying to due toe kick stunner out of evading a string, well even doing toe kick stunner can be a bit difficult. Any advice would be greatly apreciated!

To do a quick reverse sledgehammer try doing two quick fireball motions then punch

Stunner right when kick hits . Listen for the noice push PG. For some reason it seems like in Ver, C I have to be closer to hit it.

There are two good ways to input reverse sledge,
    1. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif
    OR
    2. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif
Depending on the situation and your personal preference, they are useful in different situations. 1 is less inputs but requires more hand muscle IMO to jerk /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gifconsecutively. However 2 has requires more inputs but is somewhat easier due to the fact that its a smooth back and forth motion... just slide the stick from fwd to down, then back up

For TKS I suggest not using visual cues from the game for the most part(although the distance btwn Wolf and opponent affects timing of the hit throw) b/c it makes it harder to constantly keep looking out for a visual cue in the heat of battle and reflexes.

    So what I do:
raise your hand right after you hit K+G.. sort of bounce it off the buttons and when you land, hit P+G. test it out in dojo to find the proper height and speed you need to move your hand and once you get a consistent idea of how much you should move your hand, try to perfect it by doing it over and over.

does it make sense to you? if it doesn't tell me and i'll try to elaborate on it a little more

I do the TKS rhythmically. Like Ba....BUM. Seems to work well enough, I guess. Sometimes I lose the timing though, and that makes life a lot harder.

thats what i was kind of getting to with my explanation... "rhythmically" is a good word for it. also, once you get the timing for TKS, it's the same for 9p hit throw

This is a huge wall!! But anyways, I like Wolf also. I'm really interested in /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif. The nice evasion aspects and the added stagger is really good for starting combos. I also like /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif(I think that's the rolling kick). I also try to fit in /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gifwhenever I can too.

I have to get into the habit of using the guaranteed hit-throws more often.

I usually only bust them out once in a while.

I've been using the stunner off of a wall hit recently, so far so good.

At the right distance from the wall /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif and the lift up /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif guarantee the stunner from the wall hit.

You can perform the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif + /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif from the same wall stun , both moves are, I think, i17.

I'm not too confident with my wall juggles from that launcher though but I was working on them in dojo and quest mode today and I'm fairly sure I can do them ninety percent of the time.

I got an ok feel with the tks I was praticing in dojo today and I think I got the rythym down. The buffered reverse sledgehammer is still kind of difficult but the information I got from Dark gift shoud be helpful!

Yeah, I screw up modified reverse sledge hammer a lot more than I care to admit. Does /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif work anymore?

Yea, with sledgehammer it's just a matter of developing the muscle memory in your hands to do it w/o thinking about it too much. practice practice practice.... A good thing to practice reverse sledge is to set comp to MC, then do screw hook -> reverse sledge. all day lol.

4K is still a great move imo. good range, and it staggers. and if you get lucky enough to MC an opponent while he's doing a move that makes his back turn, then free crouch throw from the back. as he crumples, dash in and crouch throw. Itazan likes to sometimes start off with back dash 4K at the beginning of a round.

Pulling off the 2 moves in dojo mode (tks and rsh) is one thing. Pulling them off against someone else is another thing, any advice for setups would be helpful.

With the addition of our game on the X-Box curious to see who else plays as Wolf where they play out of and some of there questions on Wolf play.

evade tks. tks after blocked sweep.

edit: [watch the wolf videos i put up vs Itazan. evade tks all day]

rsh right after you tech vs an opponent who likes to pressure in w/ atk

9P and 63214P+K(ogre chop) are good to close in distance. on a note, ogre is good to throw in midrange game.. it's half circular the opposite side of screw hook

Here is THE_WALL Wall special and a lot goes into setting up this series. First position your opponent against a wall two fifths of the way to another wall side, next set up a full charge pk that will stagger your opponent into the wall (if you have to before you do the charge change foot stance by doing 4k), next due 4k it will put the opponent into side stagger then do 9 pk after that do ppp or other compo options, if the opponent hits the other wall side (about the corner of the ring) go for a ground throw. Does 128 damage if you pull it off haven't tried it on all characters, but I'm sure it works on all of them. If any one pulls this off youtube it, a valued Wolf technique to help out other Wolf players.

Started using Wolf again, arguabbly the best character in the game due to his multitude of mannouvers (and my love for pro wrestling), not only can he capture kicks, he can crank submissions on the floor, deliver some of the most powerful blows, hit you with throws from standing, catch and change positions and can hit throws whilst the opponent is crouching amongst other things. I've found his/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif to be damaging and can hit twice in successesion, his swing can take upto 3/4 of life (depending on the siz of the health bar), also his /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif, is effective for decieving opponents (plus his throws are punishing anyway) also he can hit a running charge throw /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif.

Well, I like WOlf a lot as well, however as far as those things you said would be nice, they are not really true. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif
First, the move you like (/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif) is in fact /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif. You need to press /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif only once. And I don't really know what you mean by "hitting twice in succession". Do you mean that after CH you can combo with another knee?
Anyway, when the health bar is at default, the giant swing, when done with maximum input speed can take up to 100 (half a life bar).
Also, his /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif is not as good (easy to interrupt), though if you time it well, there is no question about it /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
And the "running charge throw" is /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif-->/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif (not /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif, no need for double tapping so much /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif )
