He's talking about the US version. Since they censored it in the US, the US ps2 instruction book indicates he "pretending" to drink. Shun obviously isn't as we all know, it's just sega's way of reasoning the censored version.

This weekend at GameJam I had the opportunity to chat with Takuan, AM2's resident PR guy. He mentioned that a US release of Evo will now "probably happen" and that a PAL version is all but guaranteed. Hooray!

Does this mean that the reports/rumors of PAL EVO were false? Didn't Sega Europe report that they were going to release EVO in EU? /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif

VF4E (PAL) has been confirmed for a June 26 release date, but never completely trust any release date until you have the product in your hand.

Urm its confirmed and is happening.
I hope I can have a beta of the PAL version by E3.

I'm not dissin' Jeffry; I play Jeffry regularly /versus/images/graemlins/crazy.gif. I just think (and I'm pretty sure it's widely accepted among the VF community) that his pl. 2 outfit sucks ass. Yes, he is a fisherman, and his VF3 2 pl. outfit portrayed it well. Oh, and btw, I had already mentioned that it might not be so bad now with all the medieval type items he's acquired in Evo /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif. Besides, I know that sega isn't going to alter it in anyway; even though it'd be a good idea /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif
