Purpguy: very nice meeting you Mike, very glad that you have general interest in VF, anything we can do to help, we will. Hope you can make it down in the future and sucked about the stomach thing, hope you get better.
Joey: MADD fun time this weekend, whenever you get a chance to read this. Madd good Lau (top 2? I think so) and just madd fun getting to meet you and your girlfriend, hanging with you at 6am. Hope we can get together more in the future.

Jimmy, everyone here in columbus are STILL noobs. You see, you'll never learn to be leet like the big boys if you don't hold back information and tips to the guys you play with most, and go around shitting up any talk of any other fighting game /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif You see, you guys are all newbs because you help out, give positive feedback on other people's playing (OMFG WTF), and stay respectful of other people's opinions on the finer points of gameplay. How can you ever expect to make it to the bigtime like that?

What's this I hear about a broken stick?

Good points. If that's what it takes to be the big time, I don't think I have that. But, I DO know that I have you guys for VF and friendship, and that's pretty tight.

Haha, jimmy, if it weren't for you, I woulda been able to play alot more VF instead of just repairing sticks all the time > Just kddin man, it was all good and fun. Anyways, aside from working full time, playing WoW, and playing Ys, Virtua Quest, Tekken 5, and God of War, I'm squeezing in a little time to play VF again /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I just got an email from play-asia.com, it seems my Virtua Sticks just shipped out today. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Maddy: I notice I wasn't the only one having trouble with Wolf's charge P+K mid-hitting palm striking guard crushing stagger move thingie last weekend that that one kid kept hitting me with. Dodge towards his back and you've got plenty of time for a counter combo.

I'm terrible with names. I have more of an associative memory, so the names I do remember I can remember by which characters they were playing.

There was someone who used Wolf, who seems to be the younger brother of the Aoi player.

If any of that rings a bell, what were their names again?

Yeah, his Wolf was definately a jerkoff, all right, but next time I think I'll be a little better prepared for him. I fell for his charge P+K into guard stagger combo nearly every single time, lol.

lol, Jimmy, stick = not fixed yet, getting down them damn stance specific combos and trying to deal with k, g cancel throw (DJ, lookin at yo foo ass), no words from Joey or nothing, my sticks haven't been shipped yet (I think) but maybe I'm wrong. Also, Tekken 5 = teh horrible, come over sometime chuck, we'll show you the way (bring your copy of the game cause I don't have it /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif).

Oh nucka, I know that game's horrible, but what's a man gotta do if he wants to play fighting games around Columbus? You gotta pick up other games if you want to play ANYTHING, because no scrub will go within 2 miles of Virtua Fighter /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif

So I'm tryin to learn easy punishing strings with Marduk. I gotta re-learn how to recognize and capitalize on counter-hits, both in VF and Tekken.
