I'll buy the hardcovers, but I've already read up to 3 in the paperbacks. The next will be the final one and I gotta wait FOUR.LONG.MONTHS. *sad face* X-Men's the only comic I actually MUST read. I'm not a big fan of Fantastic Four. I suppose because everyone loves them in the storyline. It gets annoying, especially with those X-Men. XD I'm so lame.

Joss Wheadon is still awesome though.
    Although I hated Buffy. >_>
I think it was because of Sarah Michelle Gellar though.

I do look forward to Ellis' take on Astonishing, hoping that it isn't just The Authority in different spandex.

Okay, time for some blatant advertising! I help to run a webite dedicated to comics and recently our members have dwindled a bit. It would be great to see you guys and gals over there, as well as here.

Please pop over and say "hello" to us. Hope to see you there. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

    Favorite Character: Thanos

It doesn't get any better than the Infinity Gauntlet. Most everything else with him in it is pretty amazingly good too.

Sin City and 300 are both great comics too, also with movies that don't compare to the original work.

Infinity Guantlet was good stuff, Infinity War was a bit weird but the heavy featuring of Adam Warlock and Doc Strange made it bearable. The highlight of both those books was definately Thanos... (I haven't read Infinity Crusade btw)

    Just read Desolation Jones:
    "Everything goes better with Bukkake"

Can't stop reading Valiant, still trying to read every Valiant comic ever. Well before Valiant V2.

Quick question, who else hated x-men 205?

are you talking about the Barry Windsor-Smith illo'd 205? If so, I liked that issue a lot.

Now, who read past page 12 of Jeph Loeb's Ultimates V3? I couldn't do it. What infantile crap.

I liked it up to 205. The fight with Gambit and Wolverine was garbage.
I hope they rectify this with 206. I am also reading The Phantom by MoonStone comics. Pretty good run so far.

Fans of Warren Ellis can check out http://www.freakangels.com his free, online comic. We're at episode 3 now so this is sorta old news but good all the same.
