Only comic I follow nowadays is:

    Blade of the Immortal
and anything with Deadpool in it.

I'm currently working on a comic of my own.
There's a lot of crap out there nowadays.

I just finished reading the final chapter today.

I was very disappointed of the end. Didn't like the final resolution at all.

Don't want to give away spoilers for those who haven't read it but it brought back some thoughts/emotions on some real life issues which happened after this story was written.

I'm not sure how the American public will like the movie if it stays true to the original work. But with saying that I still think it was a great piece of work and recommend anyone to read it.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on why the ending didn't sit with you.

Watchmen graphic novel: really enjoyed the whole series.. completely original take on superheros and personalities; i can definitely see why its one of the most critically acclaimed series of all time.. i can also understand why some fans might not want to see it butchered on big screen just to make a buck..

i dont have any strong feelings about the ending but i can understand how other can feel let down.. i anticipated some of the twists but i didnt expect it to unfold the way it did and i was a lil disappointed in a certain part of the execution.. because one element was kinda left field, even considering the material we're dealing with, that particular detail (which i wont mention or hint at) seemed forced and really didnt feel like part of a grand finale..

i think the movie looks interesting so far and im glad theyre making it or i probably never wouldve come across Watchmen on my own.. i only dip back into comics when they cross paths with mainstream media outlets, particularly the movies.. 300, Watchmen, Batman, Superman and Iron Man are most of the recent examples that have renewed my interest in the genre.. i really want to see Dr Manhattan's powers and Rorschach's mask on screen..

currently following: none. im lazy and i spend most of my disposable income on video games or at poker tables.. i used to be a big DC guy but i know very little about the continuity and even less about other brands..

And thus I've exploded in nerdgasm this morning upon learning there's a new miniseries I'll be collecting:

    Farscape

Issue 1 coming november. To be published by Boom! comics.
Written by Rockne O'Bannon himself (original creator of the show).
