Wow, I remember that second video! I haven't seen it in quite some time.

 

I love the part where my entire point of patches and the ensuing bitching it incites has completely eluded you.

...and your new post is up there as well. Do you even know the changes? You said VF5 didn't get any patches. It did....

 

Patch seems to have only caused people to drop the game from what i've seen from the DOA players I know and from what you read on FSD forums. Quite a few of them run rooms in FS now

 

So anyone plan on picking up DOA5+ for the PS Vita, I know I am, Gamestop is having a pre-order bonus with 6 cheerleader costumes for the female characters. You guys know it will have custom soundtracks i think similar to tekken tag tournament 2's. I might play some VF music as some of the music i plan on using.

 

The PS Vita is something I think is awesome, but have no use for. I still have the Mario Kart DS and NGPC for handheld gaming as well as my iPod. It's still a cool system I want, but don't need.

Seems like people at FSD are happy with Akira's changes. DOA will be held at Slug Fest(Seattle monthly) and I'm thinking about entering. Wish I had and online enabled Xbox to get the update( this applies to other games as well).

 

Okay so this game is coming to PS+ this month and I have dutifully downloaded it. It's waiting for me at home and I'm actually looking forward to it quite a lot for a number of reasons. DOA games always look gorgeous graphically so that's great. I've had a soft spot for DOA since the first one was release and it was such a fresh take on the fighting game genre. A lot of that freshness has disappeared over the years. DOA3 onwards I could no longer take the game seriously but it seems they have maybe brought it back to its root a bit with this one.
Anyone here still playing it?

 

That was awesome. First time I see such a great Akira in DOA5.

 

Sly Bass is the best DoA5 Akira I've seen.

YAY! Can't wait for this! Hope to see more VF characters and more outfits for Sarah.

 

I'm hoping for all of Akira's costume types to be present. As much as I want more Virtua Fighter rep, 3 VF characters seem to be enough (although I will forever dream of Jann Lee Vs Jacky). From this day on, I'll keep crossing my fingers Hayashi holds true to his desire to have Ryo Hazuki as a guest of some kind for this game. If he ever becomes playable, I'll probably shout the biggest fanboy squeal I've ever done in my entire life. I already freaked out over Momiji, so who knows what I'd do if Ryo gets in XD
