Going back to the Dreamcast... this is the first DOA trailer I didn't like. Wow it was terrible!

 

Freakin' awesome!!! I remember back when that was just an idea before it was even submitted to the contest and to see it in the game now...Wow! That is really cool, massive congrats to you and Ghosty-J!

lol Yeah, It's funny how the most crucial details have yet to be revealed.

 

Anyone come across the trophy/achievement list yet? I am having a hard time finding them even with google. I saw through a couple of streams that the list is very similar to the other DOA5 games.

 

It's pretty cool that TN is doing this tutorial series for DOA5LR. Glad to see them making an effort to try and ease new players into the game. Looking forward to see how future segments go, since it does also aid in giving the audience an appreciation for how much depth there is in the game.

 

I am so glad they do shitty tutorials and don't list frame data, what an awesome game.

Also, there is an arcade version of DOA5 Last Round coming out as well.

 

Not what I was hoping for in terms of changes, I may skip the PC release of this altogether now.

 

Well FSD site and forums are way better now, so big props on making such a nice site to use and look at. Very impressive and good job!! To bad the game is such a joke I wont be able to take advantage of those extremely nice forums.

DOA5LR itself seems to be a scrubbier version of DOA5 if i'm reading the change log right. They made Mila's cancels easier to execute because DOA players are such scrubs they can't do them I guess (this potentially fucks over the good control you had in the execution as noted by FSD players). Try playing on arcade sticks guys, her cancels work like Aoi's Sundome for the most part, it's not hard execution, well I guess it is for DOA players and changes were begged for because they're all stone handed pad mashers with no dexterity, or skill. So now you can seemingly mash out cancels as it's been dumbed down and made easier to benefit shitty players, that is if i'm reading the broken english translations correctly, others are questioning the broken english translations as well. Can't tell if 4K took a nerf or not, but likely it did, seems like she's nerfed again. So DOA5LR has once again catered to the worst of the worst in fighting game mashers and has rewarded no talent shitty players, that can't even execute simple cancels, with an even easier and less balanced game. DOA the only fighting game where the balance is based off of it's worst and weakest players tears, what a truly shitty community

Don't expect me to buy this piece of shit game on PC Kamais, even the DOA players are shaking their heads at the change log, and voicing their disgust all over the comments section on FSD. I look forward to tossing more 30-0 beastings on shitty DOA players with no real 3D Fighting game fundamentals in VF. You guys enjoy your repackaged piece of shit scrub game with even easier execution and worse balance, also you guys can stop wondering and asking when other fighting game communities will take you and your EZ mode masher game seriously because it's not happening.

 

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMNNNN! Why you so mad homie @steelbaz ? I have some gripes about DOA5/U/LR but damn I think you went a little to hard on the game with some of the explicit verbiage. There are nicer ways to say you dislike something. Just saying.

Anyway props for giving the forums some love. @Sorwah and company definitely has done wonders to the site. I definitely visit a lot more than I used to in the past. I'm even posting a bit more too lol

I haven't decided if I'm gonna get the game yet, but knowing me I'll probably get it at some point even if it's just for story mode.

 

Oh yeah man the forums and FSD site is awesome, super impressive site, love the layout and functionality, tons of love for it. The game itself though...

 

Akira is the only VF character that got nerfed. Jacky, Sarah, and Pai got buffs.

 

What was Jacky's buff? Hopefully it was slide shuffle and his other sabakis because his sabaki game was DOA.... DEAD ON ARRIVAL!

Yeaaah... this just seems like a lot of shit-talking for no apparent reason other than bashing on the game. People are acting like DOA is so bad it's the anti-christ, give me a fucking break. And people wonder why their community doesn't grow..

I've never seen such mindless bashing before and i at least give a game a chance before making my opinion. I don't mind if people have a difference in an opinion for a game, in that we all can play what we like. But there's a difference between expressing why you don't like a game, and bashing it like it's the fucking anti-christ as well as bashing the playerbase for it. How would you feel if i sat right here bashing VF as well as TTT2 or any other game for that matter? Although i haven't played VF in awhile or visited the site in awhile, i made an account back then to learn more about it. Not to see bullshit like this show up on the very same site i signed up for to LEARN. Keyword: Learn. Not bash, Learn.
