OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! I never really noticed that much of a difference in doa4!!!! I did notice changes that I didn't like which is why I sold that game an now play vf5. I can't bash the doa series in general because I adore the game But He's right. first off in doa 2 3 and ultamate I actually achieved the rank "SS" But It took time to learn my fighters and I respected my growth in four I could only achieve "S" and it was because most fighter seemed to have improved in skill But now I know this isn't true Most the fighter I absolutely crushed in previous games were now holding their own or even just outright killing me. I couldn't understand it. I use lei-fang, Brad, Genfu After watching those video's it angers me that I finally get to see why my most precious moves and combo's no longer worked I just thought people were excaping faster and were better skilled. JESUS CHRIST!!! I had no idea why low punch and side step felt different and no longer worked why my gaurd breakers kept failing to produce a launch!! There was a time I totally doubted myself because even though I trained It was pointless I couldn't get anything to work as planned. Maybe I'm rambling BUT you guys have to understand that series was my pride and joy I'm almost crying here to see a game so disrespected. When I said it had tekken element I meant the pounding on the ground forcing your opponent to get up killing the wake up game no side steps. the game felt too offensive. and as I've said in previous post I LOVE MY DEFENCE I'm a defensive player who prides himself on frustrating opponents to rethink their strategies then I open up with well planned well timed combos It's beautiful to watch. that's why I hate tekken But this is some SHIT I don't even play doa anymore because I thought I was begaining to suck I thought my skills were pointless I actually gave up on a game for reasons that wasn't my fault............. So? Now instead of free damage, there's a guessing game setup. The major complaint from what I can see is that damage isn't as high as some want. Or in the case of block of text boy, he's just too lazy to do a modicum of research and then blames his losses on the game.

 

If this was 4chan, I would RAAAGE and call the guy on youtube a troll. Give him a score of 2/10 (2 for the effort of actually creating a long dumb movie) at most.

Listening to that crap on youtube, this guy must play fps, the easiest genre to get into. So what that most people in U.S and in different countries don't care about fighting games? Better to have it as a minority than to be discontinued.

Besides, a decent amount of fighters are coming out this year and next year, which is a good thing.

On topic, I don't really like doa to be honest. Doa4 seems to be the most disappointing in the series.

Why doesn't everyone just ignore the video. If you're going to waste however many minutes the video lasts of your life, at least do something productive, or less non-productive. I watched the video when it was posted here several months ago, and wish I hadn't.

Allegedly, the kid who made it also claimed it was a joke video, but that was after he got hundreds of hate mail videos. If people ignore it, it'll just go away, and the tiny flames will not be fanned into a raging inferno on this board.
