    There's a DOA Central?

    There are numerous ways right now:
    1. A modder has been able to provide the community with a tool to convert the images captured in game to a viewable images on the PC.
    2. Images like this, are done by zooming into the picture mode and recording footage panning on a paused image. Then they layer screens of the footage overtop of each other to make it look like one giant image. I did this like the attached.
    3. Images like this, are done by modders who use the costume and character data in 3DS Max as ripped from the game then pose and render from there. You can tell these ones easily due to the unnatural render of the characters.
    In regard to the image you quoted, it's a crappy resolution of an official screen shot released back during E3, but the in-game screen capture tool could easily reproduce the image.
