i never got to face ryan last sunday so i'm hoping he'll be there on saturday around 5:00ish if others will be there also. i think my evo wolf needs practice too, my ver.c habits just don't work! i.e down attack / pick up after df,df+pkg, or knee juggles (the shlrm seems too slow to be as reliable). and other misc stuff..

hang in there, there are are lots of people who are adjusting too, some characters are just easier than others, that's all.

 

I'm afraid it is you who is mistaken Derrick. Unless they switched the GD ROM as soon as I left the arcade there are two evo machines. Altogether there are three VF4 machines: Two Evo's (One next to Soul Caliber 2 the other next to the fruit machine parlour entrance and one, I'm guessing, VerB right in the far left corner of the arcade along the same row as the first Evo and SC2).

I had a good time today, I think the comments about the sticks being faulty are off. I'm getting better, I just need more practice/money to reach a decent standard like before.

This game is so fantastic.
I never really reached my full potential with VF4 but now they have made the improvements with Evo I think my fighting style will Evolve /versus/images/icons/wink.gif

 

Yes i am the vane player,but then again there arent many around.The joysticks everyone moans about really just need to get used to but i must say as far as vanessa goes she`s so hard to play with now with no mt -stance.

to her credit,the new take-downs (if ever perfected) are really good as is the ,, or , in (OS) need alot more work till i can even call myself an ok vane player on this version.

hell, i cant evade properly with the stick, but i just guess its new, but the buttons... damn, i hav a bent wrist after playing the seat bass is a distraction, also is it me or is there more ring outs?

Last time I was there (one week ago) both machines were 50p a credit while the first machine had three rounds and the second had two. You'll get a better answer from the regulars.
